Community forum
The community forum is the best place to ask questions, report bugs, request features, and connect with other Loopty users. Feature requests can be upvoted, which helps prioritize what gets built next.
Direct feedback
For private issues you'd rather not post publicly, use the feedback option in the app's menu bar. Click the Loopty icon in the menu bar to access it.
Bug reports
When reporting a bug, the most useful information to include is:
- Your macOS version (e.g. macOS 14.5 Sonoma)
- Your Loopty version (visible in the menu bar dropdown)
- A clear description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- Steps to reproduce the issue
Note: Feature requests posted to the forum get upvoted by the community, which directly influences what we build next.
