Adding Folders

Add folder shortcuts to open directories from your launcher.

You can add folder shortcuts to your radial menu so that clicking them opens that directory directly in Finder.

From the Folders tab

  1. 1Open Settings (⌘, or menu bar → Settings).
  2. 2Go to the Folders tab in the sidebar.
  3. 3The grid shows common system folders (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Home, etc.).
  4. 4Drag any folder from the grid onto a slot in the radial menu preview in the Rings tab.

Adding a custom folder

To add any folder on your system (not just the pre-listed ones), click Choose Custom Folder at the top of the Folders tab. A file picker will open. Navigate to the folder you want and click Open.

How folders open

Clicking a folder shortcut in the radial menu opens it in Finder using the standard macOS folder view. The folder icon in the menu matches the actual folder icon on your system.

Note: If you move or rename a folder after adding it, the shortcut will stop working. Remove it and re-add it using the new path.
